Chef Peter Petro created a menu that combines good ol’ American comfort food with contemporary flavors and cooking techniques.  From light to heavy, there’s something for everyone.  Bosscat is also known for their whiskey selection spanning flavor profiles, distillery techniques and regions from around the world.  Like a fine wine, the story behind the whiskey is just as intriguing as the flavor profile itself.
