So you traded Houston’s 95° summers and unlimited Whataburger for Ithaca winters, gorges, and whatever Slope Day turns into. Bold move. We respect it.

Before you pack your warmest coat (seriously — pack more than you think), come meet the Cornellians who are making the same leap from H-Town this fall, plus Houston alumni who survived it and came back to tell the tale.

We’ll answer all your burning questions: How many layers does it actually take? Is Collegetown worth the hype? What do you do when it snows in April? And yes — can you still find decent BBQ in Ithaca? (Spoiler: you cannot. Stock up now.)
