The CNY branch of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network (CAAAN) is looking for new volunteers for the 2017–2018 year.

CAAAN volunteers do in-person contacts with applicants to Cornell to learn more about them, talk about your Cornell experience, and answer any questions they have. After the meeting, you file a short report back to Cornell with new or valuable information you learned about the candidate.

What is involved?
Your role is to meet with local high school seniors who have applied to Cornell. Most volunteers are assigned  around 5 applicants. Meetings usually occur between November and February, and last 20–60 minutes.
