Whether you eat a regular diet, gluten-free, vegan or even sugar-free, we have a donut for you!

During this 60-minute class, alum food writer and chef Amy Benigno Fothergill ’87 will walk you through the steps to make delicious donuts at home with simple ingredients.

Participants are invited to cook along or to just watch and learn. An ingredient list will be sent in advance.

Students will be able to download Amy’s cookbook The Warm Kitchen: Gluten-Free Recipes Anyone Can Make and Everyone Will Love.
