Calling all chocolate lovers and nerds and the culturally curious, this is made for you – our hosts will be the lovely husband and wife team of Kendall and Jonathan Mathews. FUN FACT: Jonathan is a fine-dining (savory) chef who cooked in Ithaca, including a tenure at the beloved Willow.

Join an interactive chocolate tasting and learning experience at m2 Confections, a world-class chocolatier run by a Culinary Institute of America trained husband and wife team. Revelatory chocolate truffles, innovative chocolate bars, candies and nano-scale ice cream and ice scream sandwiches await.

This will kick off our Meet-the-Maker Series, a program designed to give club members hands-on opportunities to learn from Colorado’s leading food and beverage, crafts and arts & culture artisans. Who doesn’t want to go to a chocolate tasting (and coming soon a chocolate making workshop).
