Come join the Cornell Club of Chicago for our summer Cornell Cares Day events.

At the Northern Illinois Food Bank you will repack donated and purchased food. The food they receive at our warehouse comes in bulk quantities, and volunteers break it down into manageable sizes. In a repack session you may sort produce, inspect and box shipments of bread, or repack bulk dry goods (pasta, rice, beans) into smaller quantities.

There are two options to volunteer, choose either the Geneva location or the Lake Forest location.

Volunteers need to register by June 24. Registration limited to 19 people per location.
