Morgan Dean, as she reflects on the College’s rich legacy—the people and programs that have shaped its journey—and shares the vision for its next century in Ithaca, NYC, and beyond.

Our Speaker:

Rachel Dunifon
Rachel Dunifon is the Rebecca Q. and James C. Morgan Dean of the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University. A distinguished scholar in developmental psychology, Dean Dunifon’s research focuses on child and family policy, particularly the well-being of children in various family contexts. Since becoming dean in 2020, she has championed interdisciplinary collaboration, equity, and community engagement. Under her leadership, Cornell Human Ecology has strengthened its role at the intersection of science and design, advancing its mission to improve lives through research, education, and real-world impact.
