Central Park Bird Walk, Breakfast and Lecture




Join Cornell Alumni Affairs, in partnership with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the Cornell Club – New York, for an early Saturday morning birding experience! Heather Wolf, Information Scientist for the Lab of O, will lead a bird-watching walk in Central Park, followed by a talk about her expertise over breakfast at the Cornell Club. Space is extremely limited; please note the following capacity restrictions:

• 9 spaces available for the bird walk w/ breakfast and lecture
• 11 additional spaces available for the breakfast and lecture only

Date: Saturday, April 21, 2018
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Bird walk
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – Travel to CCNY by transport of guests’ choosing
9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Lecture and breakfast
Birding Location: Central Park, meet at Central Park West at 72nd St., right outside the entrance to Central Park at Strawberry Fields
Breakfast/Lecture Location: The Cornell Club – New York, 6 E 44th Street, New York, NY 10017
Cost: $35 per person
**Important Pricing Information:** As the bird-walk is a no-cost activity, the price for the walk and breakfast/lecture and the breakfast/lecture only are the same; tickets are final sale after Thursday, April 19, 2018; any no-shows for the bird walk will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
