Come Learn About The Expanding Legal Marijuana Industry.

Marijuana businesses broke the $1B sales barrier in Washington State last year with thousands of products ranging from pre-rolled joints to marijuana-infused coffee, cookies, beverages, transdermal patches and cough drops. Legalization is spreading with 28 states offering medical marijuana and eight offering recreational consumption, while Attorney General Jeff Sessions calls for stricter enforcement of federal anti-drug laws. Cornell Club President Julie Weed (yes that’s her real name) writes about the legal marijuana industry for The New York Times and Forbes, and will bring you up to speed.  www.julieweed.net
