All Cornellians and their guests are invited to join the Cornell Club of the Greater Capital District for its annual meeting.
The guest speaker, Mark Whitmore, is Director of the New York State Hemlock Initiative and Senior Extension Associate, Natural Resources and Environment Section.
Mark will discuss the continuing battle against hemlock woolly adelgid and his research on the biology and ecology of predators released for classical biological control of this invasive pest.

The Fort Orange Club has a “business casual” dress code. “Business Casual” is defined as a collared shirt (no untucked shirts) and pressed slacks for men and comparable attire for women. Not permitted: t-shirts, sneakers, untucked shirts, athletic wear and flip flops, spandex, shorts, open midriffs, halter tops, leggings, and extremely short hemlines.
