Nutrition expert Mona Dolgov ’81 is leading the Cornell Club of Boston in a Virtual Cooking Class! Guests will receive a list of all ingredients in advance, and can cook along with Mona to prepare an easy, healthy weeknight dinner. Dinner will include a salad, main course, and dessert. Mona is the author of several cookbooks, including her most recent publication, “Satisfy.” Join the CCOB for a fun evening of cooking and connection!

Mona Dolgov, President and Owner of You Live Right, LLC, has a degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University with 25 years in marketing and product development—including an MBA from New York University. She is an innovation expert in the food, housewares, health and wellness, and retailer space, and has given her access to the trends and market data that drive development of relevant and healthy-delicious recipe development. She has authored nearly 30 cookbooks for corporate partners and continues to improve engagement for health-focused brands. She has also recently launched her own new cookbook, satisfy, focused on nutrient-dense balanced recipes, based on Mediterranean diet principles. Her cookbook is also gluten-free. She has also authored The Perfect Portion Cookbook, with celebrity Anson Williams (Potsy from Happy Days), focused on healthy comfort foods, with an eye on mindful portions. Her cookbooks and recipes have been featured on the TODAY show, The Doctors TV show, Huffington Post, Parade, and a variety of local and national media. She recently also launched a new publishing arm to her company, where she plans to continue to launch several cookbooks each year focusing on building healthy habits in a simple, delicious and practical way.
