Join Pam and David Griffin from Chocolate Therapy in Framingham, MA for a fun and luscious Virtual Chocolate Tasting Journey to educate your mind … and your palate! It’s a one-hour, laugh-out-loud adventure you won’t soon forget.

THE TASTING – Learn how chocolate is made – Taste chocolate at each step of the process – Get a behind-the-scenes look at how truffles are made – Sample unique, handcrafted truffles with unexpected flavor combinations, from sweet to savory to spicy Each guest will receive a tasting kit that includes: – Raw cocoa beans – Cocoa nibs & cocoa butter – Samples of ganache, dark, milk & white chocolate – Four handcrafted truffles Ready to have fun and taste chocolate in an all-new way with fellow Cornellians and friends?

With 50-plus years of combined corporate experience under their belts, Pam and David Griffin decided to do something for themselves. The pair of Chicago natives set out to combine Pam’s background in retail with Starbucks Coffee Company for 17 years with

David’s 20 years in engineering/manufacturing and try their hand at working together. After investigating several small business options and doing a whole lot of research, Chocolate Therapy was born.
