Cornell Law School Professors Michael C. Dorf, the Robert C. Stevens Professor of Law and former clerk to Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States, and Mark H. Jackson, Director of the First Amendment Clinic and Adjunct Professor of Law, will lead a discussion about free speech and first amendment rights on campus, including an overview of the Law School’s new First Amendment Clinic, which will launch in fall 2018.

Professor Dorf, a First Amendment expert and constitutional scholar, and Professor Jackson, who specializes in freedom of the press, will present their unique perspectives on these timely issues.
