Join us for our family-friendly Cornell Cares Day Event at Friends of Rabbits, a non-profit rabbit rescue in Columbia, MD.  We will begin with an opportunity to interact with free roam rabbits in the playtime area of the rescue, followed by a tour of the rescue, and finally we will work together to make safe toys for the rabbits. 

Please note that for the safety of the rabbits, all participants who wish to interact with the rabbits must be at least 5 years of age. Young children must be supervised at all times. Our service event is NOT an adoption opportunity, however the rescue will explain their adoption and fostering processes for anyone who may be interested. Under no circumstances will any participant be able to leave with a rabbit at this event. 

A light vegetarian snack will be provided.
