Terri Ann Lowenthal ’80, a nationally recognized expert, consultant and frequent speaker on the U.S. census and policy issues affecting federal statistics, will discuss why it benefits every community to have a complete census, the challenges in counting over 300 million people and how we can promote a complete count.
