Terri Ann Lowenthal â€™80, a nationally recognized expert, consultant and frequent speaker on the U.S. census and policy issues affecting federal statistics, will discuss why it benefits every community to have a complete census, the challenges in counting over 300 million people and how we can promote a complete count.
Terri Ann holds a B.A. in Africana Studies from Cornell University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She has served on the Cornell University Council and the Presidentâ€™s Council of Cornell Women.
