This rare opportunity is part of our “Meet the Maker” and “30 Under $30” experience series!

Fermentation nerds, kombucha enthusiasts, tea lovers and food and beverage curious, this one is for you! We are super excited to partner with Ben Vargas of Three Kings Kombucha for a behind-the-scenes factory and production tour as we learn the finer points of crafting this 2,000+ year old beverage.

WHAT: Three Kings founder Ben Vargas is a legend in Colorado’s vibrant craft beverage scene. Exceptionally kind and thoughtful, Ben is an expert in all things fermentation and passionate about sharing his love of kombucha and related beverages with others. In this unique program, Ben will take us behind the curtain to experience the magic of making and bottling Kombucha and talk about the significance of the evocative art that goes along with The Three Kings brand. His father is a highly-regarded art professor with a specialization in Mexican art!

THERE’S MORE: After the event, we will cross the train tracks for a pay-as-you-go dinner and drinks at one of our Denver faves, Waldschänke Cider Works featuring delicious Swiss food and lovely cider.
