Join the Cornell Club for a Hands-On Culinary Experience! Transport yourself to a French bistro without ever leaving Arizona! Join fellow Cornell alumni for a hands-on cooking class and gourmet experience at a well known cooking school in Scottsdale. Our group will be preparing a bistro-style meal, perfect for a Francophile.

You’ll be part of a fun and lively kitchen crew as we divide into four teams—each responsible for crafting one course of a mouthwatering French bistro meal. Don’t worry, no passport required—just a love of good food and good company.

Sample Menu:

• Gougères – warm, cheesy puffs
• French Onion Soup – slow-cooked, rich, and comforting
• Flank Steak with Shallots & Vinegar Sauce – bold, classic flavors
• Rosemary Potatoes & Green Bean Bundles – elegant sides
  Cherry Clafoutis – a rustic fruit-studded dessert from the heart of France

After cooking, we’ll gather to enjoy the meal together—accompanied by your choice of house wine, beer, or soft drinks. It’s the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and lusciousness!

Amount is paid in full at time of registration. It is not refundable but transferable to another person.
