Mickey Rapkin ’00 has written a children’s book for Macmillan, and he will be doing a reading on July 20th in L.A. The book is called It’s Not a Bed, It’s a Time Machine. It’s a picture book that aims to get kids excited about going to bed. He’s written a few books before, including Pitch Perfect, about the competitive world of a cappella singing, which was turned into the movie franchise. That idea all started back in Ithaca back when he was a member of Cayuga’s Waiters.
