Join your fellow alumni in helping to alleviate hunger in our community through a Feeding South Florida warehouse volunteer event sponsored by the Stanford Club of South Florida and Yale alumni clubs of Broward and Miami-Dade.

Feeding South Florida (FSF) is the premier food bank in South Florida, servicing Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. Donated product needs to be inspected and sorted before distribution throughout the region’s soup kitchens, food pantries, homeless shelters, and group homes. Your help is needed to accomplish this critical task.

ACTIVITY DETAILS:
Work will occur inside at Feeding South Florida’s main warehouse in Pembroke Park and include:
• Inspecting and checking product
• Sorting and categorizing food with like items
• Repackaging food into boxes to prepare it for distribution

Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing.

Participants must be at least 12 years of age.
