Event Details

Join CAAW for a walking tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art with Dan Kershaw, Human Ecology ‘78, the Met’s Exhibition Design Manager. We will explore several galleries Dan designed including Early Medieval Art, American Paintings and Sculpture, and Native American Art, as well as the Byzantine Crypt. We will also look at historic architectural elements of the building that Dan uncovered in his 34 years at the museum.

Museum admission tickets—which include the tour—will be provided at the museum. In lieu of a fee for the event, we’re suggesting a $20 donation to the Bleakley-Bland CAAW Scholarship. Because this event is limited to 20 people, we anticipate that it will sell out very quickly. For the same reason, we ask that people register no more than one guest.
