Location: Lake Forest, CA

Saturday, November 17th at 11:00 AM

What: Learn how to select, cook and present a wide range of Tapas for any occasion, plus baking Creme Brûlée for dessert, all from a private chef!

Chef Rick Boufford of the ex: Black Sheep Bistro restaurant in Tustin will teach us how to make shrimp, lamb, sausage, fish and several other tapas dishes with a series of sauces to match, plus dessert.  It’s a hands on class, and we eat what we create!  This is a very fun and social event for 12-14 participants.

Cost: $55 per person plus service fee

When: Saturday, November 17th

Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00-ish PM

Where: This event is hosted by Harris and Linda Hunt at their home in Lake Forest.  The event address will be emailed out to those who have paid and RSVP’ed (see link below).  

Menu: We are finalizing the detailed Tapas menu now and will send it to those who RSVP.
