Join the Cornell Women’s Advocacy Network for a special gathering focused on connection, communication, and healthy relationships—romantic, platonic, professional, and with yourself.

We’re thrilled to welcome Alison Bulman ’97, LCSW, an award-winning author, nationally recognized relationship expert, and creator of Lovitation®, a transformational communication method that’s changing the way people connect. Alison will guide us through an engaging and interactive conversation on mindful relating and healthy relationships, offering practical tools and meaningful exercises designed to deepen connection and improve communication.

This event is for everyone—whether you’re partnered, single, or somewhere in between. Expect a warm, supportive space with guided connection exercises that will leave you feeling energized, empowered, and inspired to stay connected long after the event ends. We’ll also share concrete ways to continue building these relationships in your daily life and within the CWAN community.

About the Speaker:


Alison Bulman ’97 is an award-winning author, couples therapist, and Cornell University alumna who earned her degree as a Communication major. She is the creator of Lovitation®, a cutting-edge, present-moment approach that transforms how we talk & build intimacy. She is the author of “Mindfully Yours: a Therapist’s Sobriety Journey to Love & the Communication Secrets to Keep it,” launching in 2026. She’s also the founder of a thriving therapy and coaching practice, where her work is evolving how we speak, listen, and love.
