Join premier corporate wellness provider Elizabeth Nicolle Ferguson A&S ’04 for an interactive workplace mindfulness and meditation session. Learn simple practices to manage stress, stay focused, and bring your best self to work. Elizabeth will:

  • lead guided breathing and meditation exercises
  • show how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday work life

Elizabeth Nicolle, founder of Elizabeth Nicolle Wellness, has dedicated over a decade to leading wellness classes and workshops, turning her passion for mindfulness into a mission to help others.  With a unique approach rooted in corporate HR experience, Elizabeth understands the pressures of the modern workplace and the need for balance, delivering mindfulness programs that empower employees to manage stress, stay focused, and bring their best selves to work.

Elizabeth Nicolle has served at the Social Chair, VP, and President of the Cornell Alumni Association of Dallas Fort Worth. She is currently the club’s Secretary. She graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2004, where was active on campus as a track and field athlete and a member of Class Council. She loves attending Reunion and has committed to attending every 5-year reunion she is in the country.
