Join us for an afternoon of sweet treats! The Cornell Club of Greater Miami, in collaboration with Florida International University and the Cornell Hotel Society of South Florida, presents Boozy Delights: Ice Cream & Alcohol Pairing. Participate in an interactive tasting led by Miami cocktail author and FIU Professor Gabriel Urrutia, with ice cream supplied by local favorite The Frieze. Enjoy three ice creams paired with three different spirits, followed by an alcohol-infused ice cream made live at the event. Nonalcoholic cocktails are available upon request; please specify in your registration if you would like to request nonalcoholic spirits. The cost is $50 per person. All proceeds will benefit The Rocco Angelo Legacy in Leadership Endowment at FIU. Rocco Angelo (Hotel ’58) is the Associate Dean of FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and was recently inducted into the Hotelie Hall of Fame. The donations will support the Rocco Angelo Legacy in Leadership Endowment at FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management to provide scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and general support for student enrichment and alumni engagement. This event is limited to those 21+. Please bring your ID for check-in. Metered parking is available at Lot 1, or you can use rideshare/taxis to arrive.
