Golf Tournament

The 18-hole tournament will begin at 11:30 am with a shotgun start.  The $150 per person registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, buffet lunch, on-course beverages and dinner.

Promotional Opportunities

Tee and Green Sponsorship ($175) recognition for tee or green sponsorship will be placed at the tee box or green.

Registration Information

Return the registration form, along with a check for $150 per person, or $600 per foursome, to Cornell Hockey, Teagle Hall, Campus Road, Ithaca, NY  14853-6501.  Registration deadline is June 18^th, 2016.
