  Jonathan Kuai ILR ’03

Jonathan Kuai serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Managing Director – ESG & Business Affairs with oversight of multiple global functions including legal, business affairs, compliance, privacy, corporate responsibility/ ESG, and corporate philanthropy at Korn Ferry. He is a member of Korn Ferry’s executive corporate leadership team and the global operating committee. He is an active sponsor for the Company’s diversity and inclusion, college recruitment and internal talent development programs.

 Bradford Marion CALS ’78

With over 35 years of executive search experience, Mr. Marion is a partner in Korn Ferry’s Board & CEO Practice. He has done CEO and Board-level work at Delphi, Visteon, Cooper Standard Automotive, Dura Automotive, Tenneco, Exide, Alcoa, Meritor, Superior Industries, Navistar, Chassix, Ford Motor Company, Gentherm, Arconic, Dayco, Cardone, ITT, EnerSys, Stoneridge, Woodward and others. He has led many of the most senior assignments in the automotive industry.

During Mr. Marion’s 20-plus years at Korn Ferry, he has led the firm’s global relationships with Ford, General Motors, Delphi and Tenneco. He has been a speaker at the Center for Automotive Research’s Management Briefing Seminars and has partnered with Automotive News to identify and recognize the Rising Stars of next generation leaders within the industry.

During Mr. Marion’s executive search career, he has completed approximately 700 assignments including work with many OEMs and suppliers. He has also done work in the retail, aftermarket, specialty vehicle, and commercial vehicle sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2001, Mr. Marion was a partner with a major international executive search firm. His background also includes seven years with a regional search firm, and eight years of line management experience in manufacturing engineering, operations and sales/ marketing with Colt Industries, a multi-national industrial company.

Mr. Marion holds a master’s of business administration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. He also has a bachelor’s of environmental science degree from Cornell University.
