John Rowley ’82, has served as Tompkins County judge and Family Court judge for the past 23 years.
Join us for an exclusive Cornell Club event as we host an interview with Judge Rowley covering his life on the bench and his views on justice in our community and America at large.
Judge Rowley has been an innovator and leader in several areas of the judiciary, creating both a Family Treatment Court and a Sexual Offender Compliance Court during his tenure. He is a recognized authority and speaks frequently on issues of domestic violence, lawyer and judicial alcoholism and addiction, stress management, and vicarious trauma.
The session will take place at the Tompkins County courthouse in Ithaca.
