We will be virtual this year for our annual Holiday Tasting Event. (Annual Silent Auction benefiting our CCMA Scholarship Fund will be in spring 2022.)

Food-for-you:
Allen Wright `87 will do a food preparation demonstration. Once registered, you will receive a list of ingredients to have on hand to “cook along with Chef Allen.”
 
Appetizers-to-go:
In addition, the types of appetizers we would serve if we were together will be available at NO COST to you.  We would encourage a gift to the CCMA Scholarship Fund during registration.

Examples of the appetizers: Smoked chicken wings, mushroom pastries, pan-fried onion dip.

Appetizers will be prepared by Dianne Lustig `66, boxed and available for pickup on Dec 6 and 7. Instructions for preparing the appetizers for serving will be included.
 
Beverages:
There will be a demonstration of making “The Spirit of Zinck” and “The Greatest Mocktail”, two drinks from The Statler Hotel.
 
Silent Auction:

We will hold our annual silent auction to benefit the CCMA Scholarship fund for future local students IN THE SPRING, IN PERSON!  If you’d like to think about items to contribute and if you have questions, please email Ryan McCamy.
