Cornell vs. Brown Football

Post Game Reception and Dinner: 3:15 to 5:15 PM at Cassarino’s Ristorante, 177 Atwells Ave. on Federal Hill
Cost: Football plus Dinner (Cash bar) $40* (children ages 2-10 $25)
          Dinner alone $30* (Children ages 2-10 $15)
          Football alone Adult or Child $10 (Children ages 2 and under free)

In
collaboration with the Cornell Alumni Clubs of Rhode Island and Greater
Hartford, the Coastal Connecticut Cornell Club invites all Cornell alumni in
these regions and their families and friends to an afternoon of football, fun,
and great comradery. Watch The Big Red take on Brown at Brown Stadium. A post
game reception and dinner are then planned at Cassarino’s Ristorante in the
Federal Hill District of Providence. In the 1940’s, 50’s and 60’s, Federal Hill
thrived as home to the New England Crime Family and its operations. In fact,
“The Office,” from which Raymond Loreda Salvatore Patriarca, Sr. ran the Family
Business, was allegedly located directly across the street from Cassarino’s in
a building that then housed the National Cigarette Service Company and
Coin-O-Matic Distributors.
   
Purchased football tickets will be distributed just prior to
game time at the “Will Call” Ticket Booth located at Stadium Parking Lot A.
After the start of the game, tickets can be picked up at this same booth.
   
Dinner choices are Cassarino’s chicken parmigiana, pollo marsala, and penne aurora (penne pasta with pink vodka cream sauce).  Kid’s menu options (ages 2-10) are spaghetti or sliced chicken tender strips.  All pricing includes tax and tip.  A cash bar will be available. For those alumni who cannot join us for the entire afternoon, please consider the football only or dinner only options.
