These students helped to launch the Cornell Votes initiative in winter 2020, with a mission to increase voter registration, turnout, and democratic engagement on campus. In spring 2021, Cornell University was one of 235 campuses in 37 states and the District of Columbia to be officially designated a “Voter Friendly Campus.”
