Cornell Alumni living in the Greater Capital Region of Upstate New York are invited to come together for a meaningful morning of service at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.

Timed to align with Cornell Giving Day, we’ll be rolling up our sleeves to sort returnable bottles and cans (“empties”) to support the Humane Society’s fundraising efforts. This hands-on volunteer opportunity is a simple but impactful way to give back to our local community — and reconnect with fellow alumni.

This is a family-friendly event! Many alumni bring their children along to participate, making it a wonderful opportunity to share the spirit of service across generations. Please note that children must be at least 10 years old to participate.
