Cornell University baseline GHG inventory

One positive outcome of the pandemic is that Cornell's campus carbon footprint dropped 20% from 2019 to 2020, and almost 50% from the 2008 baseline. Campus operations, air travel, and commuting were greatly reduced during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
