Have school merch or project samples you’re willing to share with peers? Bring them along for a chance to swap.
Sunscreen! Plus layers, and a raincoat or umbrella.
Ithaca’s weather is notoriously changeable, so keep an eye on the forecast.

If you requested a campus parking pass, pick it up at the registration desk when you check in. View or download the campus map. Parking passes will be valid for Hoy Garage (167 Hoy Rd, Ithaca, NY 14853) from Wednesday-Friday.
ParkMobile (pdf) is available throughout campus.
Accessible Parking: Your municipal permit must be displayed in conjunction with your printed permit (or ParkMobile payment) when parking in accessible spaces on campus. Carefully observe signs when parking; some accessible spaces are reserved for specific license plates. If you need assistance, please call 607-255-4600.

The Canopy hotel has shuttle service to and from the airport and campus. It is on a first-come, first-served basis and runs from 7am to 10pm. Please call the Canopy at 607-277-0230 ahead of your flight to arrange for pickup from the airport.
The Statler has a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. It must be reserved with the front desk. Please call the front desk at 607-254-2500 ahead of your flight to arrange for pickup from the airport.
