In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Paris was a center of artistic creativity. Influenced by painters and poets, composers sought a new, expressive language, with the rough edges removed and full of new colors. What resulted was the timeless music by Debussy, Faure, Ravel and Bizet. These will be the focal point of the May 4 concert, as the program explores and presents the richness of that amazing era.

The performance will be in the Cabot Theater, 286 Cabot St., Beverly, MA.
Built in 1920 as an 800 seat theater in the grand style of 1920’s movie palaces, it combines classic design with contemporary sound, HVAC, seating and other amenities.
