Professional women play a multitude of roles, and we care deeply about our families and loved ones, colleagues, communities, and causes. As a result, our time, energies, and attention are frequently directed towards the external world, leaving us at risk for exhaustion and depletion. It’s rare that we carve out the space to reflect on what we truly need to sustain our well-being and our professional momentum.

Join us for an afternoon of exploration and envisioning, where you’ll have the opportunity to shift your focus back to your own internal world. This interactive workshop, led by fellow PCCW member Joan Freedman 81, PhD, Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach, is designed to help you reconnect with your core values, clarify what matters most right now, and create a personal blueprint for wellness and success that feels authentic and achievable.
