CALLING ALL HISTORY BUFFS!  April 2025 marks the 250th anniversary of the events that started the American Revolutionary War, the battles of Lexington and Concord.  Join the Cornell Club of Boston for a special trolley tour of the important historical sites that shaped the founding of our country.

On our private 90-minute Liberty Ride Trolley Tour, an entertaining and knowledgeable guide in authentic period dress will provide us with historically accurate information about the Battles of Lexington and Concord, as well as everyday life in Colonial America. While traveling in our Liberty Ride Trolley, we will see historic sites and attractions in both Lexington and Concord, including the Minute Man Statue, the Paul Revere Capture Site, and the Old North Bridge. More details about the Liberty Ride tours can be found here: https://www.tourlexington.us/tours/liberty-trolley-tour/

The tour will begin and end at the Lexington Visitors Center. At the end of the tour, we will visit nearby Lexington Town Hall to have a group photo taken at the Countdown to 250 clock.

Participants will have the option to continue on to the nearby Revolution Craft Food Hall for some post-tour socializing, food and drink. The Food Hall is located along the Battle Road at 3 Maguire Road, Lexington, 3 miles from the Lexington Visitors Center.  (Note: the registration fee only covers the cost of the trolley tour. Participants should arrange for their own transportation to the Food Hall, and purchase their own food and drinks there).

Note: The Lexington Visitors Center and Revolution Craft Food Hall are both located along the Minuteman Bikeway, so traveling to and from the event by bicycle is an option for those so inclined!
