Join us to celebrate the Festival of Lights, Diwali with a feast handpicked by Chef Sujan Sarkar at Michelin-starred Indienne.  All Cornell alumni, students, family, and friends are invited.  

Our menu includes 5 delicious courses specifically picked out for our private event: 

Canapes: 
Dhokla – Mint, Curry Leaf, Mustard
Pani Puri  – Green Mango, Buckwheat, Tamarind
Dahi Puri – Yogurt Mousse, Mathri, Raspberry

Course 2:
Doughnut – Sambar, Tomato Pachadi

Course 3:
Prawn Balchao / Avocado Kebab

Course 4:
Butter Chicken / Paneer Pinwheel  – Red Pepper Makhani, Fenugreek & Butter Powder
Served with Black Dairy Dal, Saffron Rice, Garlic Naan

Dessert:
Carrot Halwa and Rabdi
