Location: Tucson, AZ
What: A tour of Hamilton Distillery, a local “artesian” producer of the unique Whiskey del Bac, followed by a tasting of the Whiskey del Bac line of spirits. Hamilton is known for using mesquite wood instead of peat, etc., in its distilling, producing a unique flavor profile.
When: Sunday, February 26th, 3-5 PM
Where: 2106 N Forbes Blvd (# 103), near Grant Rd & I –10 intersection, just west of highway, 5 min from downtown
Cost: $15/person – includes the tour and tasting flight of three whiskeys. Additional tastings may be purchased a la carte if you are interested; no food other than nuts to cleanse the palate between tastings will be provided.
Important things to know:
• Due to space limitations, Hamilton can only offer the tour to 18 people, so don’t wait to reserve your place!
• Plenty of parking is available – the main entrance to the facility is actually the “back” entrance facing Forbes Blvd; “NO PARKING” signs on the side of the warehouse may be ignored for our tour

Clients picked out the individual pieces of wood to use. My wife and my wedding gift was our Arroyo china cabinet. Other pieces of Arroyo furniture followed as anniversary gifts to each other. And then, just when we were going to get something else made because we thought the kids could handle being around more nice furniture, he wanted to make some whiskey….
