Join the Cornell Club of Mid-America and Cornellians around the world in Cornell Cares Day, Saturday, January 7th, 2017! We will be volunteering our time at Happy Bottoms, Kansas City’s only diaper bank, sorting and packaging diapers for distribution throughout the community.

Did you know that 1 in 3 American families struggle to provide enough diapers to keep their babies happy, healthy and dry? In the Kansas City area, an estimated 23,000+ children aren’t receiving the diapers they need to be happy and healthy. Despite today’s best outreach efforts, diapers still remain an underserved area of need. Together we can help solve this piece of the poverty puzzle!

This event is open to current students, alumni, and families. Children must be at least eleven years old to attend.
