Menu: Smoked fish board (including smoked rainbow trout and carved smoked salmon), bruschetta bread, clams casino, sharp cheeses, and pork belly pibil (made with our dry house rub, then slow roasted, served with white bean aioli and a slightly spicy house-made BBQ sauce)…..world famous!
