COST: Free! Registration required so that on-sight logistics can be planned appropriately.

Join fellow Cornellians for a day of skiing and tailgating at Winter Park on Sunday, April 12th. Don’t ski? No problem, come hang out anyway! It’s always a good day to enjoy mountain views with friends and food. We will also be next to the Galloping Goose green run lift to learn to ride. We will have a grill, food, drinks, and some other surprises; in the past we even got a shout out from the local radio station, https://kffr.org/.

The tailgate is a community-sourced experience — guests are encouraged to bring beverages, shareable snacks and vegetables, meats and other items to grill. We are excited to bring a group of Cornellians and their friends and family together to enjoy a beautiful day of skiing, socializing and making memories in gorgeous Winter Park, Colorado. 

Please register for this event and bring your own (or extra to share) chair if you can. Find us at the Winter Park – Utah Junction Parking Area (on the Mary Jane side) – Parked in the red circle below!

Wear Cornell gear if you can so we are easy to spot and we know who to say hi to! Parking in this lot fills up so plan to come early or be prepared to park elsewhere and meet us here. There’s also a train to get to Winter Park if you want to check that out or connect with others and carpool.
