Join the Cornell Club of Cape Cod for our annual Golf Tournament!

Format: Texas Scramble in teams of 3 or 4 players. This will be a no pressure, fun event for all levels of players. Children and non-Cornellian guests of all ages are welcome.

Please register, as guests, all members of the group with which you wish to play. This will help us put the teams together. If you do not register any guests then a team of three or four will be arranged for you.

Prizes: Will be awarded to the top team, the longest drive (women’s and men’s), and the two ‘closest to the pin’ holes.
    
Sponsorship Opportunities: As a fundraiser for Cornell Club of Cape Cod’s Scholarship program, companies or individuals are encouraged to sponsor holes on the course for a fee of $100. Sponsors need to bring advertising to place on the tee box and/or near the green of the hole they sponsor.

Price: $65.00 per person for golf, $100.00 to sponsor a hole on the course. (*Sponsoring a hole is a tax deductible gift to the Cornell Club of Cape Cod’s scholarship fund.)

• 7:00am – Practice Facilities Open
• 7:30am – Event Sign In
• 8:30am – Shotgun Start
• Awards given at the end of play

By registering for this event, I
understand and acknowledge that COVID-19 is a global pandemic and a public
health risk. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by

negligence of myself and/or others. I recognize that the University cannot
limit all potential sources of COVID-19 infection. I knowingly and voluntarily
assume all risks, including but not limited to, the risk of illness, death,
bodily injury, disability, or exposure or infection with COVID-19, for myself,
and my family. I fully understand the risks, I knowingly and voluntarily waive
and release Cornell University trustees, officers, agents, volunteers,
employees, and students (the “Released Parties”) from all present and future
claims of any type, including negligence, for any harm or loss, including but
not limited to, economic loss, personal injury, disease, death or property
damage suffered by me or my family, as a result of my participation in a
Cornell University program, camp, or activity or as a result of my presence on
Cornell University’s campus (the “Activities”). I agree to indemnify, hold
harmless, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties for any personal injury,
death, medical expenses, disability, loss of capacity, property damage, court
costs, attorney’s fees, or other loss arising out of the Activities.
