Cornell Cares is an initiative launched by the university to encourage alumni worldwide to participate in community service activities during early January each year. The Cornell Alumni Association of Taiwan (CAAT) has organized an event on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at Chenghong Rehabilitation Home in Beitou, Taipei, in collaboration with the YWCA New Taipei Branch. The event, titled “Warmth & Joy Reunion,” will involve making dumplings to add warmth and nourishment for the residents during the cold winter. This meaningful service event will be jointly sponsored by CAAT and YWCA, and alumni are encouraged to bring their families to join this free and meaningful initiative.
