Volunteers play a critical role at the Sharehouse by helping sort and inventory donations of baby and toddler essentials for children in need across Chicago. Volunteering at the Sharehouse is family-friendly! We have lots of fun and engaging activities for our littlest volunteers. Activities include making cards, sorting clothes, and doing quality checks on toys and books.

In addition to registering here, please register with Share Our Spare. They will send a confirmation email with necessary parking instructions.

Volunteers must be at least 6 years old. There must be at least one adult for every two children between the ages of 6 and 10. We encourage all attendees to bring either a package of size 6 diapers, 3T-4T pull-ups, wipes, or menstrual pads. Registration closes Wednesday, January 10th at 2:30 PM to allow for time to plan activities. All attendees must be registered, including children. Please make sure you and any guests are registered on time.
