The Cornell Club of Northern New Jersey invites you to a tasting of Finger Lakes wines and wines associated with Cornell, perfect for holiday gatherings, along with delicious cheese /charcuterie board pairings. Join us at the new event space at Lum’s Cellars. Owner and CCNNJ club member Jonathan Lumley-Sapanski ’09 created Maplewood’s newest wine and spirits shop to provide his customers with the opportunity to explore, learn, discover, and find comfort in favorites new and old. Lum’s Cellars is named after Jonathan’s grandfather, John “Lum” Lumley, a long time professor of Mechanical and Aerospace engineering. The offering at Lum’s is focused on sustainable family producers who are ethical and integral parts of their local communities.

Wine events coordinator, speaker and writer Hank Zona ’82 of The Grapes Unwrapped, will share his knowledge of both wine makers and Cornellians, and lead us in tasting products from various Cornell alumni/wine professionals. We are fortunate that Hank has presented numerous successful events for our club in the past. Come sample some of their wines, along with paired cheeses. You may even choose a bottle or two to bring home for your table at the holidays.

Space is limited. Maximum registration is limited to 55 people. RSVP by 11/10.
