The Cornell Club of Rochester will be holding its annual Founder’s Day Luncheon celebrating the birthday of Ezra Cornell on Saturday January 10th, 2026 at Irondequoit Country Club at 11:30AM.

We are delighted that Corey Ryan Earle ’07, Cornell’s longtime unofficial historian, will be speaking on Life Lessons from Ezra Cornell. Corey specializes in the history of Cornell University and Tompkins County and serves as a resource for departments and organizations across campus, while working in Alumni Affairs & Development.


Since 2011, he has taught AMST 2001: The First American University on the history of Cornell.

A buffet lunch including the following will be served:

  • Chicken Francaise

  • Sliced Turkey Breast, Roast Beef, & Ham

  • Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, & Egg Salad

  • Chef’s Soup Du Jour (vegetarian)

  • Seasonal Fresh Fruit Bowl
