Enjoy rare access to a stunning and storied setting, while savoring cinematic live-fire cooking (decadent passed bites) by Forage Sisters, and caviar from James Beard Foundation partner Caviar Dream.  Raise a glass to the season with bespoke cocktails from Dry Land Distillers, Wood’s High Mountain Distillery, and the Colorado Grain Chain, complemented by local beer and zero-proof options. Toast the night with Champagne sabering and wines curated by Denver Wine Merchant’s Advanced Sommeliers.
