Come for an easy 3.4-mile hike in the famous Paint Mines in Calhan, Colorado. The hike should last about an hour and a half, and will be followed by an optional lunch (location pending interest). WHEN: Saturday, August 23rd at 10:30 AM. We will wait for about 15 minutes if anyone is late before setting off unless called.

WHAT: A leisurely walk through the park. This is a sightseeing adventure and will not be difficult. There are no water points and limited shade, so please bring fluids and sunscreen/clothing as needed. Pets and drones are strictly prohibited.

There will be an informal lunch at a location to be determined once the number of participants is confirmed. Options are limited in the area.
