Kendra will share her favorite easy tips for holiday entertaining with caviar, along with caviar FAQs (purchasing, storing, and pairing). Guests will sample an assortment of CVRDRM premium caviar + roe paired with specialty cheeses from St. Killian’s and festive sparkling wines from Mondo Vino. Kendra is a former long-time Denver resident, Advanced Sommelier, and was the owner / operator of bar helix and Cabana X in RiNo from 2017-2020.
