In the real estate industry, a single photo can be literally worth millions of dollars. The best real estate agents and brokers have a whole bag of photographic tricks they use to make ordinary properties look more upscale and inviting. But what if you could represent a property fairly, photo-realistically, and give clients a complete tour long before construction even starts?
Cornellian David Gull — B.Arch 2008 — realized that Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) could give that genuine, realistic experience to not only the real estate industry, but to enterprises with visionary ideas. He founded Outer Realm to help people share their specific vision of the future with others as realistic representations and simulations rather than abstractions open to interpretation.
Join us on Saturday July 13, at 2 pm as we get a personal tour and demonstration of what Outer Realm’s technology can do with founder David Gull! Light refreshments will be served.
